Refunds and Returns

Young Rockers offers repairs, replacements or refunds on items that are faulty only. Young Rockers has made every effort to portray items as accurately as possible but colours vary on every computer screen, therefore we do not accept returns/refunds on colour discrepancies or due to change of mind. Items can be exchanged only due to wrong size. Refunds will be processed once Young Rockers receives the faulty item.

Mailing Costs

For items under 500 grams, postage is $2.75, which is equal to two purchased pieces.

For items over 500 grams, postage is $5.50 for a prepaid parcel post satchel anywhere in Australia.

Please email Young Rockers at youngrockers@me.com before purchasing from overseas, so we can co-ordinate postage costs in advance.
